Psalm 43
Berean Literal Bible Par ▾

Send Out Your Light

1Judge for me, O God, and plead my cause!

From a nation unfaithful,

from a man of deceit and injustice, may You deliver me.

2For You are the God of my strength.

Why have You rejected me?

Why must I walk in mourning,

in the oppression of the enemy?

3Send forth Your light and Your truth;

they shall guide me;

let them bring me to Your holy mountain,

and to Your dwelling place!

4And I will come to the altar of God,

to God, the joy of my rejoicing;

and I will praise you with the harp,

O God, my God.

5Why are you cast down, O my soul,

and why are you disquieted within me?

Wait for God, for still I will praise Him,

the salvation of my face, and my God.
