And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost: and they began to speak with divers tongues, according as the Holy Ghost gave them to speak.
While Peter was yet speaking these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them that heard the word.
Then Peter answered: Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, who have received the Holy Ghost, as well as we?
For it hath seemed good to the Holy Ghost and to us to lay no further burden upon you than these necessary things:
