1The LORD reigns; let the nations tremble. He sits between the cherubim; let the earth be moved.
2The LORD is great in Zion; and He is exalted high above all the people.
3Let them praise His great and awe-inspiring name; for it is holy.
4The King is mighty and loves justice; He has established and executes justice and righteousness in Jacob.
5Exalt you the LORD our God, and worship at His footstool; for He is holy.
6Moses and Aaron were among His priests, and Samuel among those who called upon His name; they called upon the LORD, and He answered them.
7He spoke unto them in the cloudy pillar; they kept His laws and ordinances that He gave them.
8He, our LORD and our God, answered them; He was a God Who forgave them, though He took did punish their misdeeds.
