Psalm 61
Lamsa Bible Par ▾
HEAR my cry, O God; attend to my prayer.

From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed; for thou hast led me upon a rock and hast comforted me.

For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from my enemies,

I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever; I will make my refuge the shadow of thy wings.

For thou, O God, hast heard my vows; thou hast given an inheritance to them that revere thy name.

Thou hast added days to the days of the king, and his years as many generations.

He shall be established before God for ever; mercy and justice shall preserve him.

So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, when daily I fulfil my vows.
