Amatsya Yahudalıları topladı. Bütün Yahudalılarla Benyaminlileri boylarına göre binbaşıların ve yüzbaşıların denetimine verdi. Yaşları yirmi ve yirminin üstünde olanların sayımını yaptı. Savaşa hazır, mızrak ve kalkan kullanabilen üç yüz bin seçme asker olduğunu saptadı.
