| 2I will be glad and rejoice in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High. | 2I will rejoice and boast about You; I will sing about Your name, Most High. |
| 3When my enemies turn back, They shall fall and perish at Your presence. | 3When my enemies retreat, they stumble and perish before You. |
| 4For You have maintained my right and my cause; You sat on the throne judging in righteousness. | 4For You have upheld my just cause; You are seated on Your throne as a righteous judge. |
