To the Chief Musician. On stringed instruments. A Psalm. A Song. God be merciful to us and bless us, And cause His face to shine upon us, Selah1For the director of music. With stringed instruments. A psalm. A song. May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine on us--
That Your way may be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations.2so that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations.
Let the peoples praise You, O God; Let all the peoples praise You.3May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you.
Oh, let the nations be glad and sing for joy! For You shall judge the people righteously, And govern the nations on earth. Selah4May the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you rule the peoples with equity and guide the nations of the earth.
Let the peoples praise You, O God; Let all the peoples praise You.5May the peoples praise you, God; may all the peoples praise you.
Then the earth shall yield her increase; God, our own God, shall bless us.6The land yields its harvest; God, our God, blesses us.
God shall bless us, And all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.7May God bless us still, so that all the ends of the earth will fear him.
