| 3Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you twinkling stars! | 3Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you shining stars. |
| 4Praise him, skies above! Praise him, vapors high above the clouds! | 4Praise him, you heaven of heavens, and you waters above the heavens. |

| 13Let them all praise the name of the LORD. For his name is very great; his glory towers over the earth and heaven! | 13Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is lifted up; his majesty transcends earth and heaven. |
| 14He has made his people strong, honoring his faithful ones— the people of Israel who are close to him. Praise the LORD! | 14He has raised up a source of strength for his people, an object of praise for all of his holy ones, that is, for the people of Israel who are near him. Hallelujah! |
