10 And Lot lifted up his eyes, and saw all the land of Jordan, that it was well watered everywhere, before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, like the garden of God, like the land of Egypt at the entrance of Zoan. 11 Then Lot chose for himself all the land of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east; thus they separated one brother from the other. 12 Abram dwelt in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelt in the villages of the plain, thus possessing the land as far as Sodom. 13 Now the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners in the presence of the LORD exceedingly.
