33 You⁺ have sent to John, and he has testified to the truth. 34 Now I do not receive testimony from man, but I say these things so that you⁺ may be saved. 35 He was the lamp burning and shining, and you⁺ were willing to exult for an hour in his light. 36 But I have testimony greater than that of John. For the works that the Father has given to Me so that I should complete them, the same works that I do, testify concerning Me that the Father has sent Me. 37 And the One having sent Me, the Father Himself, has testified concerning Me. You⁺ have neither heard His voice at any time, nor have you⁺ seen His form. 38 And you⁺ do not have His word remaining in you⁺, for you⁺ do not believe Him whom He sent.
