How can we identify those "blessed by the LORD" in our community? Growth in wisdom, love, and usefulness usually follows sustained obedience. • Enduring peace: “The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts” (Philippians 4:7). Calm hearts amid upheaval signal God’s favor. • Fruit of the Spirit: “Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control” (Galatians 5:22-23). These qualities are evidence of the Spirit’s present work.
