1Then Bildad, the Shuhite, replied, 2“Dominion and awe are with Him, He enforces peace in the heavens. 3Can His vast celestial armies be numbered? And upon whom does His light not shine? 4How then can any man be justified and righteous before God? Or how can he that is born of a woman be pure? 5Even the moon and the stars are not pure in His sight. 6How much less man, who is a maggot; and the son of man, who is a worm?”
