GIFTS FOR RELIGIOUS PURPOSES SHOULD BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE WILL OF GOD. V. IN THE DIVINE ARRANGEMENTS HELP IS GRANTED UNTO MEN ACCORDING TO THEIR RESPECTIVE NEEDS. (W. Jones.)
