Isaiah 18:4-5 For so the LORD said to me, I will take my rest, and I will consider in my dwelling place like a clear heat on herbs… There is that in God which is a shelter and refreshment to His people in all weathers, and arms them against the inconveniences of every change. Is the weather cool: There is that in His favour that will warm them. Is it hot: There is that in His favour that will cool them.
