1 Out of the depths

I have called out to You, O YHWH!

2O Lord, listen to my voice!

Let Your ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications!

3If You were to mark iniquities, O YAH,

O Lord, who could stand?

4But with You is forgiveness,

so that You may be feared.

5I wait for YHWH; my soul waits,

and in His word I have hoped.

6My soul is for the Lord,

more than those watching for the morning,

watching for the morning.

7Look with hope, O Israel, unto YHWH!

For with YHWH is loving devotion,

and redemption is abundant with Him.

8And He will redeem Israel

from all his iniquities.
