Psalm 24

The Earth Is Yahweh’s

1A Psalm of David.

1 Unto YHWH is the earth and its fullness,

the world and those dwelling in it.

2For He has founded it upon the seas,

and upon the rivers He established it.

3Who will ascend onto the hill of YHWH,

or who will stand in His holy place?

4The one clean of hands and pure of heart,

who has not lifted up his soul to vanity,

and has not sworn by deceit.

5He will lift up a blessing from YHWH,

and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

6This is the generation of those seeking Him,

those seeking Your face, O God of Jacob.

Selah

7lift up, O gates, your⁺ heads,

and be lifted up, O ancient doors,

and the King of Glory shall come in!

8Who is this King of Glory?

YHWH strong and mighty,

YHWH mighty in battle!

9Lift up, O gates, your⁺ heads,

and be lifted up, O ancient doors,

and the King of glory shall come in!

10Who is this King of glory?

YHWH of Hosts,

He is the King of Glory!

Selah
