Baruch 2:6
Good News Translation
"The Lord our God is always righteous, but we and our ancestors are still burdened with our guilt.

The Lord our God is in the right, but there is open shame on us and our ancestors this very day.

Our Lord God, we are filled with shame, just as our ancestors were in the past. You were right
