Good News Translation
He doesn't worship the idols of the Israelites or eat the sacrifices offered at forbidden shrines. He doesn't seduce another man's wife

who does not eat upon the mountains or lift up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, does not defile his neighbor’s wife,

He doesn't eat meat at local shrines or worship Israel's idols, and he doesn't have sex with someone else's wife.
