Good News Translation
The man measured the outside of the Temple, and it was 168 feet long. And from the back of the Temple, across the open space to the far side of the building to the west, the distance was also 168 feet.

Then he measured the temple, one hundred cubits deep; and the yard and the building with its walls, one hundred cubits deep;

The man measured the length of the temple, and it was 50 meters. He then measured from the back wall of the temple, across the open space behind the temple, to the back wall of the west building; it was 50 meters.
