1And it shall be, when you have come into the land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance, and have taken possession, and settle in it, 2That you shall take of the first of all the fruit of the earth, which you shall bring of your land that the LORD your God gives you, and shall put it in a basket, and shall go to the place which the LORD your God shall choose to place His name there. 3And you shall go to the priest that shall be in those days, and say to him, “I profess this day to the LORD your God, that I am come into the country the LORD swore unto our fathers to give us”. 4And the priest shall take the basket out of your hand, and set it down before the altar of the LORD your God. 5And you shall speak and say before the LORD your God, “My father was a wandering Aramean, and he went down into Egypt with a few people and lived there and became a great nation, powerful and numerous. 6And the Egyptians treated us badly, and afflicted us, and laid harsh labor and bondage on us; 7Then we cried to the LORD God of our fathers, and the LORD heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, and our labor, and our oppression. 8And the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with awe-inspiring terror, with signs, and with wonders; 9And He has brought us into this place, and has given us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey. 10And now I bring the first fruits of the land, which You, O LORD, have given me”. And then set it before the LORD your God, and worship before Him. 11And you, your house, the Levite, and the sojourner residing among you shall rejoice in every good things which the LORD your God has given to you.

12When you have finished setting aside a tithe of your increase the third year, the year of tithing, and have given it to the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat in your towns, within your gates, and be filled, 13Then you shall say to the LORD your God, “I have taken the hallowed things from my house, and have given them to the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all Your that You have commanded me. I have not transgressed Your commandments, nor have I forgotten any of them. 14I have not eaten any of them while in my mourning, nor have I taken away anything of it for any unclean use, nor given anything of it for the dead, but I have done according to all that You have commanded me. 15Look down from Your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless Your people Israel, and the land which You have given us, as You swore to our fathers, a land flowing with milk and honey.”

16This day the LORD your God has commanded you observe these statutes and ordinances; therefore, you shall, keep and do them with all your heart, and with all your soul. 17You have declared the LORD to be your God this day, and to walk in His ways, and you will keep His statutes, His commandments, and His ordinances, and listen to Him. 18And the LORD has declared to you this day that you will be His peculiar and treasured people, as He has promised you, and that you are to keep all His commandments; 19And to set you high above all nations whom He has made - in praise, name, and honor, and that you may be a holy people unto the LORD your God, as He has spoken.”
