The Blessings of Fearing God

1How blesseda are all who fear the LORD

as they follow in his ways.

2You will eat from the work of your hands;

you will be happy, and it will go well for you.

3Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house;

your childrenb like olive shoots surrounding your table.

4See how the man will be blessed

who fears the LORD.

5May the LORD bless you from Zion,

and may you observe the prosperity of Jerusalem

every day that you live!

6And may you see your children’s children!
