2Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.

3For strangers are risen up against me, and the mighty seek after my life; they have disregarded thee, O God.

4Behold, God is my helper; the LORD sustains my soul.

5Bring disaster to mine enemies; silence them in thy truth.

6I will freely sacrifice to thee; I will praise thy name, O LORD, for it is good;

7For thou hast delivered me out of all troubles; and mine eye hath seen mine enemies defeated.
