From the ground unto above the door - The temple was thirty cubits high, 1 Kings 6:2, the gate was fourteen cubits, chap. Ezekiel 40:48. The palm trees and the cherubim were the same height as the gate or door. The windows were above the door.

In the same way, for the entrance to the main hall he made doorframes out of olive wood that were one fourth of the width of the hall.
it was eight cubits deep and its jambs were two cubits thick. The portico of the gateway faced the temple.
He measured along the faces of the projecting walls all around the inside of the gateway--sixty cubits. The measurement was up to the portico facing the courtyard.
Then the man brought me to the main hall and measured the jambs; the width of the jambs was six cubits on each side.
