Is anything too hard for the LORD? I will return about this time next year, and Sarah will have a son."
Then the LORD said to Moses, "Has my arm lost its power? Now you will see whether or not my word comes true!"
"O Sovereign LORD! You made the heavens and earth by your strong hand and powerful arm. Nothing is too hard for you!
If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God whom we serve is able to save us. He will rescue us from your power, Your Majesty.
So at last the king gave orders for Daniel to be arrested and thrown into the den of lions. The king said to him, "May your God, whom you serve so faithfully, rescue you."
Very early the next morning, the king got up and hurried out to the lions' den.
"I decree that everyone throughout my kingdom should tremble with fear before the God of Daniel. For he is the living God, and he will endure forever. His kingdom will never be destroyed, and his rule will never end.
