Of course not! Even if everyone else is a liar, God is true. As the Scriptures say about him, "You will be proved right in what you say, and you will win your case in court."
What do you gain by oppressing me? Why do you reject me, the work of your own hands, while smiling on the schemes of the wicked?
Although you know I am not guilty, no one can rescue me from your hands.
I have prepared my case; I will be proved innocent.
God has handed me over to sinners. He has tossed me into the hands of the wicked.
But it is God who has wronged me, capturing me in his net.
