Psalm 130
BSB Parallel ISV [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
Berean Study BibleInternational Standard Version
1A song of ascents. Out of the depths I cry to You, O LORD!1I cry to you from the depths, LORD,
2O Lord, hear my voice; let Your ears be attentive to my plea for mercy.2Lord, listen to my voice; let your ears pay attention to what I ask of you!
3If You, O LORD, kept track of iniquities, then who, O Lord, could stand?3LORD, if you were to record iniquities, Lord, who could remain standing?
4But with You there is forgiveness, so that You may be feared.4But with you there is forgiveness, so that you may be feared.
5I wait for the LORD; my soul does wait, and in His word I put my hope.5I wait for the LORD; my soul waits, and I will hope in his word.
6My soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning—more than watchmen wait for the morning.6My soul looks to the Lord more than watchmen look for the morning— more, indeed, than watchmen for the morning.
7O Israel, put your hope in the LORD, for with the LORD is loving devotion, and with Him is redemption in abundance.7Israel, hope in the LORD! For with the LORD there is gracious love, along with abundant redemption.
8And He will redeem Israel from all iniquity.8And he will redeem Israel from all its sins.
