International Standard VersionNew American Standard Bible 1995
How blessed are all who fear the LORD as they follow in his ways.1A Song of Ascents. How blessed is everyone who fears the LORD, Who walks in His ways.
You will eat from the work of your hands; you will be happy, and it will go well for you.2When you shall eat of the fruit of your hands, You will be happy and it will be well with you.
Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your children like olive shoots surrounding your table.3Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine Within your house, Your children like olive plants Around your table.
See how the man will be blessed who fears the LORD.4Behold, for thus shall the man be blessed Who fears the LORD.
May the LORD bless you from Zion, and may you observe the prosperity of Jerusalem every day that you live!5The LORD bless you from Zion, And may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
And may you see your children's children! Peace be on Israel!6Indeed, may you see your children's children. Peace be upon Israel!
