King James BibleNET Bible
A Psalm of David. LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?1A psalm of David. LORD, who may be a guest in your home? Who may live on your holy hill?
He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.2Whoever lives a blameless life, does what is right, and speaks honestly.
He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.3He does not slander, or do harm to others, or insult his neighbor.
In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.4He despises a reprobate, but honors the LORD's loyal followers. He makes firm commitments and does not renege on his promise.
He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.5He does not charge interest when he lends his money. He does not take bribes to testify against the innocent. The one who lives like this will never be upended.
