Psalm 128
NASB Parallel NLT [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New American Standard Bible 1995New Living Translation
1A Song of Ascents. How blessed is everyone who fears the LORD, Who walks in His ways.1How joyful are those who fear the LORD— all who follow his ways!
2When you shall eat of the fruit of your hands, You will be happy and it will be well with you.2You will enjoy the fruit of your labor. How joyful and prosperous you will be!
3Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine Within your house, Your children like olive plants Around your table.3Your wife will be like a fruitful grapevine, flourishing within your home. Your children will be like vigorous young olive trees as they sit around your table.
4Behold, for thus shall the man be blessed Who fears the LORD.4That is the LORD’s blessing for those who fear him.
5The LORD bless you from Zion, And may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life.5May the LORD continually bless you from Zion. May you see Jerusalem prosper as long as you live.
6Indeed, may you see your children's children. Peace be upon Israel!6May you live to enjoy your grandchildren. May Israel have peace!
