Psalm 128
NET Parallel KJV [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
NET BibleKing James Bible
1A song of ascents. How blessed is every one of the LORD's loyal followers, each one who keeps his commands! 1A Song of degrees. Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.
2You will eat what you worked so hard to grow. You will be blessed and secure. 2For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
3Your wife will be like a fruitful vine in the inner rooms of your house; your children will be like olive branches, as they sit all around your table. 3Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
4Yes indeed, the man who fears the LORD will be blessed in this way. 4Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.
5May the LORD bless you from Zion, that you might see Jerusalem prosper all the days of your life, 5The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.
6and that you might see your grandchildren. May Israel experience peace! 6Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.
