NLT Parallel BSB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New Living TranslationBerean Study Bible
1Only fools say in their hearts, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, and their actions are evil; not one of them does good!1For the choirmaster. Of David. The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt; their acts are vile. There is no one who does good.
2The LORD looks down from heaven on the entire human race; he looks to see if anyone is truly wise, if anyone seeks God.2The LORD looks down from heaven upon the sons of men to see if any understand, if any seek God.
3But no, all have turned away; all have become corrupt. No one does good, not a single one!3All have turned away, they have together become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one.
4Will those who do evil never learn? They eat up my people like bread and wouldn’t think of praying to the LORD.4Will the workers of iniquity never learn? They devour my people like bread; they refuse to call upon the LORD.
5Terror will grip them, for God is with those who obey him.5There they are, overwhelmed with dread, for God is in the company of the righteous.
6The wicked frustrate the plans of the oppressed, but the LORD will protect his people.6You sinners frustrate the plans of the oppressed, yet the LORD is their shelter.
7Who will come from Mount Zion to rescue Israel? When the LORD restores his people, Jacob will shout with joy, and Israel will rejoice.7Oh, that the salvation of Israel would come from Zion! When the LORD restores His captive people, let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad!
