7It is you alone who are to be feared. Who can stand before you when you are angry?7But you, you are to be feared! Who can stand before you when once your anger is roused?7You, even You, are to be feared; And who may stand in Your presence when once You are angry?7Thou, even thou, art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thou art angry?7And You--You are to be feared. When You are angry, who can stand before You?

10Surely your wrath against mankind brings you praise, and the survivors of your wrath are restrained.10Surely the wrath of man shall praise you; the remnant of wrath you will put on like a belt.10For the wrath of man shall praise You; With a remnant of wrath You will gird Yourself.10Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain.10Even human wrath will praise You; You will clothe Yourself with their remaining wrath.
11Make vows to the LORD your God and fulfill them; let all the neighboring lands bring gifts to the One to be feared.11Make your vows to the LORD your God and perform them; let all around him bring gifts to him who is to be feared,11Make vows to the LORD your God and fulfill them; Let all who are around Him bring gifts to Him who is to be feared.11Vow, and pay unto the LORD your God: let all that be round about him bring presents unto him that ought to be feared.11Make and keep your vows to the LORD your God; let all who are around Him bring tribute to the awe-inspiring One.
