Good News Translation
But if the sore spreads after the priest has examined you and pronounced you clean, you must appear before the priest again.

But if the eruption spreads in the skin after he has shown himself to the priest for his cleansing, he shall appear again before the priest.

However, if the disease comes back, you must return to the priest.
