1Unto the end, a psalm for David himself.  Blessed is he that understandeth concerning the needy and the poor: the Lord will deliver him in the evil day. 2The Lord preserve him and give him life, and make him blessed upon the earth: and deliver him not up to the will of his enemies.3The Lord help him on his bed of sorrow: thou hast turned all his couch in his sickness.…
And the Lord commanded that we should do all these ordinances, and should fear the Lord our God, that it might be well with us all the days of our life, as it is at this day.
Deliver me not over to the will of them that trouble me; for unjust witnesses have risen up against me; and iniquity hath lied to itself.
For such as bless him shall inherit the land: but such as curse him shall perish.
For the Lord loveth judgment, and will not forsake his saints: they shall be preserved for ever. The unjust shall be punished, and the seed of the wicked shall perish.
The Lord help him on his bed of sorrow: thou hast turned all his couch in his sickness.
May he not suffer thy foot to be moved: neither let him slumber that keepeth thee.
The Lord keepeth thee from all evil: may the Lord keep thy soul.
And I will deliver thee in that day, saith the Lord: and thou shalt not be given into the hands of the men whom thou fearest:
