Throughout the days of Solomon, Judah and Israel lived in safety from Dan to Beersheba, each man under his own vine and his own fig tree.
Drink water from your own cistern, and running water out of your own well.
Whoever tends a fig tree will eat its fruit, and he who looks after his master will be honored.
until I come and take you away to a land like your own--a land of grain and new wine, a land of bread and vineyards.
And each man will sit under his own vine and under his own fig tree, with no one to frighten him. For the mouth of the LORD of Hosts has spoken.
On that day,' declares the LORD of Hosts, 'each of you will invite his neighbor to sit under his vine and under his fig tree.'"
