Isaiah 33:15
HEB: כַּפָּיו֙ מִתְּמֹ֣ךְ בַּשֹּׁ֔חַד אֹטֵ֤ם אָזְנוֹ֙
NAS: no bribe; He who stops
KJV: from holding of bribes, that stoppeth
INT: his hands hold bribe stops his ears
