HEB: צֹרֵֽר־ מַ֥יִם בְּעָבָ֑יו וְלֹא־ נִבְקַ֖ע
NAS: up the waters in His clouds, And the cloud
KJV: the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud
INT: wraps the waters his clouds does not burst
