HEB: בְּֽמֵעַ֔יִךְ לַצְבּ֥וֹת בֶּ֖טֶן וְלַנְפִּ֣ל יָרֵ֑ךְ
NAS: into your stomach, and make your abdomen swell
KJV: into thy bowels, to make [thy] belly to swell,
