Deuteronomy 23:1
HEB: לֹֽא־ יָבֹ֧א פְצֽוּעַ־ דַּכָּ֛א וּכְר֥וּת
NAS: No one who is emasculated
KJV: He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member
INT: No shall enter one wounded cut
