Psalm 123:4
HEB: הַלַּ֥עַג הַשַּׁאֲנַנִּ֑ים הַ֝בּ֗וּז לִגְאֵ֥יוֹנִֽים׃
NAS: of those who are at ease, [And] with the contempt of the proud.
