HEB: הָעָם֙ עַל־ הִֽתְנַדְּבָ֔ם כִּ֚י בְּלֵ֣ב
NAS: because they had offered so willingly, for they made their offering
KJV: rejoiced, for that they offered willingly, because with perfect
