Isaiah 50:2
HEB: קָצְרָ֤ה יָדִי֙ מִפְּד֔וּת וְאִם־ אֵֽין־
NAS: that it cannot ransom? Or
KJV: at all, that it cannot redeem? or have I no power
INT: short is my hand division lo was there
