HEB: הַשֶּׁ֔מֶשׁ תַּשְׁכִּ֖ים וּפָשַׁטְתָּ֣ עַל־ הָעִ֑יר
NAS: is up, you shall rise early and rush upon the city;
KJV: thou shalt rise early, and set upon the city:
INT: as the sun shall rise and rush upon the city
