HEB: שָׂרַ֣יִךְ סוֹרְרִ֗ים וְחַבְרֵי֙ גַּנָּבִ֔ים כֻּלּוֹ֙
NAS: are rebels And companions of thieves;
KJV: [are] rebellious, and companions of thieves:
