17:17 Then Abraham fell on his face, and laughed - It was a laughter of delight, not of distrust. Now it was that Abraham rejoiced to see Christ's day, now he saw it and was glad, John 8:56, for as he saw heaven in the promise of Canaan, so he saw Christ in the promise of Isaac, and said, Shall a child be born to him that is an hundred years old? - He doth not here speak of it, as at all doubtful, for we are sure he staggered not at the promise, Rom 4:20, but as wonderful, and that which could not be effected but by the almighty power of God.

Zechariah said to the angel, "How can I be sure this will happen? I'm an old man now, and my wife is also well along in years."
And Abraham's faith did not weaken, even though, at about 100 years of age, he figured his body was as good as dead--and so was Sarah's womb.
At this, Abram fell face down on the ground. Then God said to him,
So Abraham said to God, "May Ishmael live under your special blessing!"
Abraham and Sarah were both very old by this time, and Sarah was long past the age of having children.
So she laughed silently to herself and said, "How could a worn-out woman like me enjoy such pleasure, especially when my master--my husband--is also so old?"
Abraham was 100 years old when Isaac was born.
