1:2 Whom he hath appointed heir of all things - After the name of Son, his inheritance is mentioned. God appointed him the heir long before he made the worlds, Eph 3:11; Prov 8:22, and c. The Son is the firstborn, born before all things: the heir is a term relating to the creation which followed, Heb 1:6. By whom he also made the worlds - Therefore the Son was before all worlds. His glory reaches from everlasting to everlasting, though God spake by him to us only in these last days.

"In the distant future, when you are suffering all these things, you will finally return to the LORD your God and listen to what he tells you.
Only ask, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the whole earth as your possession.
The enemy who planted the weeds among the wheat is the devil. The harvest is the end of the world, and the harvesters are the angels.
Jesus came and told his disciples, "I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth.
"But the tenant farmers said to one another, 'Here comes the heir to this estate. Let's kill him and get the estate for ourselves!'
God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him.
He came into the very world he created, but the world didn't recognize him.
