HCSB Parallel NASB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
Holman Christian Standard BibleNew American Standard Bible 1995
1A song of ascents. How happy is everyone who fears the LORD, who walks in His ways! 1A Song of Ascents. How blessed is everyone who fears the LORD, Who walks in His ways.
2You will surely eat what your hands have worked for. You will be happy, and it will go well for you. 2When you shall eat of the fruit of your hands, You will be happy and it will be well with you.
3Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house, your sons, like young olive trees around your table. 3Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine Within your house, Your children like olive plants Around your table.
4In this very way the man who fears the LORD will be blessed. 4Behold, for thus shall the man be blessed Who fears the LORD.
5May the LORD bless you from Zion, so that you will see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life 5The LORD bless you from Zion, And may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
6and will see your children's children! Peace be with Israel. 6Indeed, may you see your children's children. Peace be upon Israel!
