Psalm 103
HCSB Parallel NLT [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
Holman Christian Standard BibleNew Living Translation
Davidic. My soul, praise Yahweh, and all that is within me, praise His holy name. 1Let all that I am praise the LORD; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.
My soul, praise the LORD, and do not forget all His benefits. 2Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me.
He forgives all your sin; He heals all your diseases. 3He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases.
He redeems your life from the Pit; He crowns you with faithful love and compassion. 4He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies.
He satisfies you with goodness; your youth is renewed like the eagle. 5He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle’s!
The LORD executes acts of righteousness and justice for all the oppressed. 6The LORD gives righteousness and justice to all who are treated unfairly.
He revealed His ways to Moses, His deeds to the people of Israel. 7He revealed his character to Moses and his deeds to the people of Israel.
The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and rich in faithful love. 8The LORD is compassionate and merciful, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.
He will not always accuse us or be angry forever. 9He will not constantly accuse us, nor remain angry forever.
He has not dealt with us as our sins deserve or repaid us according to our offenses. 10He does not punish us for all our sins; he does not deal harshly with us, as we deserve.
For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His faithful love toward those who fear Him. 11For his unfailing love toward those who fear him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth.
As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. 12He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west.
As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him. 13The LORD is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him.
For He knows what we are made of, remembering that we are dust. 14For he knows how weak we are; he remembers we are only dust.
As for man, his days are like grass-- he blooms like a flower of the field; 15Our days on earth are like grass; like wildflowers, we bloom and die.
when the wind passes over it, it vanishes, and its place is no longer known. 16The wind blows, and we are gone— as though we had never been here.
But from eternity to eternity the LORD's faithful love is toward those who fear Him, and His righteousness toward the grandchildren 17But the love of the LORD remains forever with those who fear him. His salvation extends to the children’s children
of those who keep His covenant, who remember to observe His precepts. 18of those who are faithful to his covenant, of those who obey his commandments!
The LORD has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all. 19The LORD has made the heavens his throne; from there he rules over everything.
Praise the LORD, all His angels of great strength, who do His word, obedient to His command. 20Praise the LORD, you angels, you mighty ones who carry out his plans, listening for each of his commands.
Praise the LORD, all His armies, His servants who do His will. 21Yes, praise the LORD, you armies of angels who serve him and do his will!
Praise the LORD, all His works in all the places where He rules. My soul, praise Yahweh! 22Praise the LORD, everything he has created, everything in all his kingdom. Let all that I am praise the LORD.
