Galatians 6
NET Parallel ESV [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT GRK]
NET BibleEnglish Standard Version
Brothers and sisters, if a person is discovered in some sin, you who are spiritual restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness. Pay close attention to yourselves, so that you are not tempted too.1Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.
Carry one another's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.2Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.3For if anyone thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.
Let each one examine his own work. Then he can take pride in himself and not compare himself with someone else.4But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor.
For each one will carry his own load. 5For each will have to bear his own load.
Now the one who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with the one who teaches it.6Let the one who is taught the word share all good things with the one who teaches.
Do not be deceived. God will not be made a fool. For a person will reap what he sows,7Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.
because the person who sows to his own flesh will reap corruption from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.8For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.
So we must not grow weary in doing good, for in due time we will reap, if we do not give up.9And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who belong to the family of faith. 10So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
See what big letters I make as I write to you with my own hand! 11See with what large letters I am writing to you with my own hand.
Those who want to make a good showing in external matters are trying to force you to be circumcised. They do so only to avoid being persecuted for the cross of Christ.12It is those who want to make a good showing in the flesh who would force you to be circumcised, and only in order that they may not be persecuted for the cross of Christ.
For those who are circumcised do not obey the law themselves, but they want you to be circumcised so that they can boast about your flesh.13For even those who are circumcised do not themselves keep the law, but they desire to have you circumcised that they may boast in your flesh.
But may I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.14But far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
For neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything; the only thing that matters is a new creation!15For neither circumcision counts for anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.
And all who will behave in accordance with this rule, peace and mercy be on them, and on the Israel of God. 16And as for all who walk by this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God.
From now on let no one cause me trouble, for I bear the marks of Jesus on my body. 17From now on let no one cause me trouble, for I bear on my body the marks of Jesus.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers and sisters. Amen. 18The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers. Amen.
