| 3From east to west the LORD's name is deserving of praise. | 3From rising to setting sun, may the name of the LORD be praised. |
| 4The LORD is exalted over all the nations; his splendor reaches beyond the sky. | 4The LORD is exalted high above all the nations; his glory beyond the heavens. |
| 5Who can compare to the LORD our God, who sits on a high throne? | 5Who is like the LORD our God, enthroned on high, |
| 6He bends down to look at the sky and the earth. | 6yet stooping low to observe the sky and the earth? |
